Trouble Accessing the Members-Only Page?
If you are a teacher having trouble accessing the Members Only page, go to your account settings and make sure you have fully completed your member profile information. Even if you know youhave completed this step, take another look and make sure you save it. (Many folks did it…then had to go back and do it again.) Then log out, log back in, turn the computer off and back on, shake it like an Etch-A-Sketch, and then try again.
Dear Sponsoring Teachers that are having trouble logging in to the members only page:
If you have logged into the SCMEA Orchestra Website but cannot see the members only sections and materials, please follow the instructions below:
Log in, then click on MY ACCOUNT. When that page opens, there will be a red inked link on the right side of the box that says, “Edit your complete profile.” Click that, then scroll down and begin re-entering all of your information until the end of the page (it is a LONG page, and you will scroll ALOT). Once you’ve completed the prompts, there is a red submit button at the end. Click that and then go back to the home page. Everything should be available to you at that point.
If you STILL cannot see the members-only sections, log out and log back in.
On my home computer, the members-only page appears at the top right of the page as one would expect it to. On my stupid school computer, the teachers-only member page shows up at the bottom of the page, almost hidden. Please be sure to scroll all over the page to see if you, indeed, have a stupid computer too.
