If you are a teacher having trouble getting to the Members Only page, go to your account settings and make sure that you have fully completely the member profile information. Even if you know you have done this step, take another look and make sure you save it. (Many folks did it…then had to go back and do it again.) Then log out, log back in, turn the computer off and back on, shake it like an etch-a-sketch, and then try again.
